At this stage of the construction of this single-family house near Varna, building company Varaks is carrying out the external thermal insulation system using rock wool and XPS. The rock wool contributes to the building’s high energy efficiency and fire resistance. PVC windows and doors have also been installed, with the reveals around the window and French-door openings currently being finished.
Inside the building, the main electrical and plumbing installations have been completed, with the necessary outlets and connections provided for the future equipment. The construction team has also laid cement screeding throughout all rooms, preparing them for the subsequent installation of the final floor coverings.
After all preparatory works were completed, the mineral façade render was applied, fully completing the exterior façade of the house.
As part of this stage, construction company Varaks also completed the installation of the windows, including repair of the areas around the windows and the connection between the frames and the external thermal insulation system.
All finishing works on the roof have also been completed, including the formation of the eaves, flashings and the rainwater drainage system.
Inside the house the entire electrical installation has been fully completed, allowing construction to move on to the next stages of the finishing works.
After the completion of the mechanized excavation, the construction workers shaped the excavation manually and outlined the foundations. Formwork for the base concrete was then fitted and the required levels were established according to the different elevations specified in the design.
The base concrete was poured in stages to ensure precise compliance with the specified design elevations and construction phases. Then, the construction of the reinforced concrete foundations of the substation began.
Shuttering and reinforcement works are being carried out on site, including complex reinforcement detailing in accordance with the design requirements.
Building company Varaks continues the construction of the house in Varna. The building’s steel structure has been installed on site and permanent LT sheet metal formwork for the reinforced concrete floor slab has been installed at the second level.
At the same time, the construction workers are continuing with the reinforcement and formwork for the reinforced concrete edge beams on the ground floor.
As part of the current construction stage, a reinforced concrete veranda has also been completed.
For the application of the two-layer waterproofing, high-quality construction materials were used, including Ceresit CR90. The selected system provides reliable protection of the concrete against water and moisture penetration.
The completed foundations will provide a reliable and durable base for the transformer substations of the photovoltaic power plant, ensuring the stability of the facilities during operation and compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements.

The team of Varaks construction continues with the renovation of the interior spaces of the residential building in Kavarna. Existing walls, cladding and flooring have been removed in order to open up and reorganize the spaces. The existing staircase and the area beneath it have been demolished, while the demolition of the fireplace is currently underway.
New openings have been created and the necessary construction works have been carried out on walls and structural elements. The bricklayers have begun the masonry of the internal partition walls and ensuring the necessary precision in accordance with the new room layout.
At the same time, the rooms are being cleaned and prepared for the subsequent finishing works. Construction waste is being removed in an organized manner using a construction waste chute, which ensures the quick and safe transportation of waste materials from the work areas directly to the construction container.
The project uses high-quality construction materials from established manufacturers such as Wienerberger and Baumit, ensuring precision, strength and long-lasting durability of the completed work.
Once the preparatory works have been completed, the team from construction company Varaks proceeds with the surveying and excavation works. The work is carried out carefully, with measurements taken using a laser level. After that the mechanized excavation works begin. The excavation is done in accordance with the approved design documentation, the specified technical parameters and the requirements of the equipment manufacturer.
The repair works included new screeds and flooring throughout the house, new wallpaper, a new kitchen and a completely renovated bathroom, as well as new interior doors. The house has also been fitted with new UPVC windows. The plumbing and electrical installations were completely replaced.
Particular attention was paid to the property's exterior. The façade was repaired, thermally insulated and painted, giving the house a fresh and finished appearance. New decorative window shutters were also installed, adding even more charm and character to the picturesque house.
New concrete steps, a ramp and a patio were constructed at the entrance, which were subsequently finished with granite tiles.
With the complete renovation, the house near Balchik acquired a completely renewed vision, combining traditional style, modern comfort and quality construction.
