At this stage of the construction of this single-family house near Varna, building company Varaks is carrying out the external thermal insulation system using rock wool and XPS. The rock wool contributes to the building’s high energy efficiency and fire resistance. PVC windows and doors have also been installed, with the reveals around the window and French-door openings currently being finished.
Inside the building, the main electrical and plumbing installations have been completed, with the necessary outlets and connections provided for the future equipment. The construction team has also laid cement screeding throughout all rooms, preparing them for the subsequent installation of the final floor coverings.
Building company Varaks continues the construction of the house in Varna. The building’s steel structure has been installed on site and permanent LT sheet metal formwork for the reinforced concrete floor slab has been installed at the second level.
At the same time, the construction workers are continuing with the reinforcement and formwork for the reinforced concrete edge beams on the ground floor.
As part of the current construction stage, a reinforced concrete veranda has also been completed.
The team of Varaks construction continues with the renovation of the interior spaces of the residential building in Kavarna. Existing walls, cladding and flooring have been removed in order to open up and reorganize the spaces. The existing staircase and the area beneath it have been demolished, while the demolition of the fireplace is currently underway.
New openings have been created and the necessary construction works have been carried out on walls and structural elements. The bricklayers have begun the masonry of the internal partition walls and ensuring the necessary precision in accordance with the new room layout.
At the same time, the rooms are being cleaned and prepared for the subsequent finishing works. Construction waste is being removed in an organized manner using a construction waste chute, which ensures the quick and safe transportation of waste materials from the work areas directly to the construction container.
