Construction work on the foundations for lightning protection masts at a photovoltaic power plant in Dobrich area began with the precise setting-out and marking of the site. Mechanical excavation was carried out for the foundations with the work commencing in stages, starting with a single foundation. Once the mechanical excavation had been completed, the construction workers manually trimmed and shaped the excavation.

The team from Varaks construction company installed two layers of geotextile along the bottom and sides of the excavation. The prefabricated steel reinforcement cage for the foundation was then delivered to site and installed. The steel reinforcement structure was subsequently positioned. The reinforcement cage was carefully lowered into the prepared excavation with the construction workers guiding and controlling its positioning.

The building works are ongoing on the water storage tanks for fire protection needs for the photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich. Construction company Varaks did the ground preparation, including the placement of gravel, levelling and compaction. A polyethylene membrane was then laid, followed by the construction of a reinforced concrete foundation slab with double-layer reinforcement mesh to ensure the required structural stability.

Upon completion of the preparatory and concreting works, the prefabricated tanks, each with a capacity of 32 m³, were installed. The installation was carried out with the necessary precision, in accordance with the pre-marked tank locations.

HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipe connections were installed, including pipes, fittings, flanges and welded joints.

The tank ventilation system was also installed, including the required air vents.

The staged filling of the tanks with water using water tanker trucks has commenced as part of the commissioning process.

Subsequently, preparations were made for the construction of a concrete containment basin around the tanks, including the installation of the required formwork. Once the preparatory works were completed, the basin was concreted, followed by backfilling around the tanks with sand.

Construction works for the foundations of the CCTV system at the photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich are continuing, with preparations underway for the installation of the foundations.
At this stage, the pipes designated for technological openings and cable infrastructure routing were cut and levelled. The ground base was prepared through manual excavation works, including the shaping and levelling of the excavations, followed by backfilling and compaction using a vibrating plate compactor.
A sand backfill layer was installed beneath the foundations and was also carefully compacted. In parallel, the necessary cable infrastructure was built.
Following completion of the preparatory works, the workers from construction company Varaks precisely levelled the pre-cast foundation elements, ensuring the required accuracy for the subsequent installation of the CCTV system.

The construction of the substation serving the photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich continues. Works are being carried out on the construction of the cable basement, including formwork, reinforcement and concrete works. The strip foundations have been completed, as well as the shuttering and reinforcement of the reinforced concrete walls and ramps up to level 0. These have been concreted, with the required curing measures implemented and proper concrete vibration carried out. The construction workers installed thermal insulation on the walls of the cable basement.
The phased construction of the backfill has commenced, including spreading and compaction. As part of the construction works, concrete cable trenches have been constructed both inside and around the substation. The base preparation has been completed by placing and compacting gravel, followed by the installation of polyethylene and XPS insulation beneath the concrete base of the cable trenches. The concrete bases and walls of the trenches have been cast.
Installation of the substation's steel structure has commenced.
At this stage, thermal insulation works on the walls are also ongoing, together with the installation of water supply and drainage pipes.
Construction company Varaks completed the gravel backfill inside the substation.

Varaks Construction Company continues the building works on the house in Varna with the application of internal machine-applied plaster to the walls and ceilings. Before the plastering work began, all surfaces were carefully prepared and primed, ensuring the necessary base for a high-quality and uniform finish.

The construction workers had previously covered and protected the window frames to prevent contamination and preserve the areas that had already been completed.

The machine-applied plaster was applied to the walls and ceilings with all main surfaces and details carefully treated and levelled. Particular attention was paid to achieving even surfaces, precise corners and smooth connections between the individual elements.

Inside the building, plasterboard is being installed on a framework throughout all rooms. The work is being done with precision and close attention to every detail, ensuring that the surfaces are properly prepared for the next stages of the interior finishing works.

The mineral wool insulation has already been installed, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties. The facade insulation boards have been precisely fitted, preparing the building for the subsequent finishing layers.

On the roof, the installation of the waterproofing membrane has been completed, including work around the boards, vertical details and penetrations. This creates a reliable roofing system that provides the building with effective protection against weather conditions and moisture.

Construction workс on the residential building in Kavarna are progressing at a steady pace. As part of the current stage of the works, new PVC window frames have been installed, contributing to improved thermal insulation, energy efficiency and overall comfort within the building. Particular attention is being paid to the precise finishing and sealing of the areas around the newly installed windows and the completed masonry.

As the construction works progress, the spaces are gradually taking on their new appearance and are being prepared for the interior finishing works.

Building company Varaks continues the construction of the house in Varna. The building’s steel structure has been installed on site and permanent LT sheet metal formwork for the reinforced concrete floor slab has been installed at the second level.

At the same time, the construction workers are continuing with the reinforcement and formwork for the reinforced concrete edge beams on the ground floor.

As part of the current construction stage, a reinforced concrete veranda has also been completed.

The construction of the internal road within the photovoltaic power plant (PV plant) near Dobrich began with clearing and grading the terrain using an excavator. Vegetation and the topsoil layer were removed from the route. The workers of construction company Varaks cleared the area of waste and other obstacles, after which the road alignment was shaped and properly leveled. This was followed by compaction of the road base prior to laying gravel.
