Construction company Varaks successfully completed another project for construction and finishing works of a house in Kavarna. The project includes a wide range of construction and installation works - from demolition and dismantling to new masonry, plastering, screedings, new plumbing and electrical installations, new tiles, coating and painting. The construction and fitting works performed on the house include:
• Demolition of a concrete staircase, stair landings and masonry;
• Demolition of a fireplace - supply, assemble and disassemble of scaffolding, demolition of a fireplace;
• Removal of a garage door;
• Removal of Balchik stone cladding;
• Demolition of an outdoor toilet;
• Demolition of brick walls in the house;
• Supply and masonry with bricks - 25 cm;
• Supply and masonry with Ytong;
• Manual plastering on different walls on different floors;
• Installation of a heavy-duty floor screed, including the supply and installation of 10 cm XPS insulation boards (extruded polystyrene) and a reinforced cement screed with thick fill;
• Installation of new plumbing and electrical systems;
• Fit faience, terracotta and granite tiles;
• Plaster and interior painting;
• Cutting channels and openings in brick masonry for new doors and a window;
• Manual removal, transportation and loading of building rubbish into waste containers.

The team of Varaks construction continues with the renovation of the interior spaces of the residential building in Kavarna. Existing walls, cladding and flooring have been removed in order to open up and reorganize the spaces. The existing staircase and the area beneath it have been demolished, while the demolition of the fireplace is currently underway.
New openings have been created and the necessary construction works have been carried out on walls and structural elements. The bricklayers have begun the masonry of the internal partition walls and ensuring the necessary precision in accordance with the new room layout.
At the same time, the rooms are being cleaned and prepared for the subsequent finishing works. Construction waste is being removed in an organized manner using a construction waste chute, which ensures the quick and safe transportation of waste materials from the work areas directly to the construction container.
The project uses high-quality construction materials from established manufacturers such as Wienerberger and Baumit, ensuring precision, strength and long-lasting durability of the completed work.
Building company Varaks begins construction and installation works on the house in Kavarna by carrying out extensive dismantling works. These include removing plaster, removing and demolishing brick partition walls, dismantling wall and floor cladding and removing sanitary fixtures and equipment from the bathrooms. The construction team has also removed the doors and windows. Scaffolding has been assembled inside the building, which will serve the dismantling works on the fireplace. External scaffolding has also been installed in preparation for the removal of the Balchik limestone façade cladding.
