The interior and exterior renovations of this house in Kavarna have been completed. Tiles have been fitted on bathroom walls and floor. A linear siphon has been mounted for modern and functional drainage. High-quality thermal insulation has been fitted on the facade and mineral plaster has been applied, providing long-lasting protection and an aesthetic appearance.

The construction process of the building of this family house in Varna begins with precise drawing of the building and setting the necessary elevation levels. After the preparatory works, excavation for the foundations was done with excavator. The construction workers manually shaped the excavation to achieve accurate dimensions and stability and then laid polyethylene membrane before the underlayment concrete. When laying the concrete base, the specialists from construction company Varaks carefully leveled and smoothed the surface, providing a quality foundation for the next stages of the construction.
The building of the rough construction of this house in Varna continues. The workers of building company Varaks manually backfilled earth and gravel before pouring the concrete slab and compacted it with a vibratory plate. After completing these works, the construction team laid polyethylene foil as a separating and protective layer. Thermal insulation from XPS panels were installed over it, after which rebars were fitted with pre-prepared reinforcement. After that the concrete slab at level -2.30 was poured.
