What's new
Construction company "Varaks" began the major renovation of the house in Balchik with preparatory activities. The first step included dismantling the old interior doors. Then the team began removing the existing wallpaper, which was completely peeled off and removed. This was followed by the application of contact primer on the walls. Levels were determined with a laser level. In the process, all the construction waste accumulated as a result of the dismantling work was collected and removed. The site was thoroughly cleaned to ensure a safe and effective working environment for the upcoming building and repair works.
Building company Varaks continues the rough construction of a single-family house in Varna with the fitting of shuttering, reinforcement and concrete works. The formwork for anti-seismic walls and columns has been made, according to the structural design. Construction workers carefully level, strengthen the formwork sheets, then treat them with formwork oil to ensure quality dismantle. The reinforcement for columns and walls has been fitted and the concrete has been poured.
