Completion of building works of villa Lilly, Balchik area, Northern Black Sea coast.
Construction of the villa has been successfully performed by Varaks' team. On this final stage we have fulfilled the following tasks: painting, decorating, gardening and patio landscaping. The villa has been furnished in a French Mediterranean style. Solar panels for an eco-friendly environment are mounted. The beautifully shaped swimming pool is also ready. Specially designed and made iron fence and gates complete the final touch.

Heat insulation and plaster works of the outside walls of villa Lilly have been completed. The roof is ready. UPVC triple glazing windows are being put. Lightning protection system has been mounted. Wiring and plumbing of the villa are done. Inside walls plaster boards work continues.

The roof of the villa is completed. Outside walls heat insulation works have started. Concrete and shell stage of the swimming pool. Septic tank concrete laying works. Building works of perimeter solid wall continue. Supporting walls of the parking area of villa Lilly are ready.

Brick masonry works of villa Lilly's walls have been completed. Roofing works have begun. Building of supporting walls is on the go. Excavator starts digging for connecting of the villa to Balchik mains water system.

Concrete foundations and plates have been laid. Brick masonry, reinforcement and shuttering works have begun. Waterproof insulation has been laid on the outside part of villa walls.
