The weather in December was good and the building and repair works of this house near Varna could begin. Building company "Varaks" commenced the works with the removal of old windows and doors. Also the old concrete flat roof of the house extention was demolished.
Our workers prepared the floor of the house for concrete screeding.

We managed to complete all the building works of this house in Balchik in time. The building site had a very difficult access and all the building materails had to be carried by hand.
Building company "Varaks" built new concrete patios, terraces and retaining walls in the property and did a drainage system around the house.

Our team did the polished concrete surface finish in the building and fit all the walls and roof thermopanels. At the end of our building works we also fit all the big metal racks.
