The construction of the internal road within the photovoltaic power plant (PV plant) near Dobrich began with clearing and grading the terrain using an excavator. Vegetation and the topsoil layer were removed from the route. The workers of construction company Varaks cleared the area of waste and other obstacles, after which the road alignment was shaped and properly leveled. This was followed by compaction of the road base prior to laying gravel.

After the completion of the formwork and reinforcement works for the walls, the walls were concreted. Once the concrete had cured, the team of Varaks construction company removed the shuttering. This was followed by the installation of the formwork and reinforcement for the reinforced concrete slab, with particular attention paid to the planned technological openings for the transformer station. The construction works then continued with the pouring of concrete for the slab. The concrete was evenly distributed, precisely smoothed and levelled by the construction workers in order to achieve the required flatness and high-quality execution of the structural element.

The work of the construction team on the photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich is progressing at a very good pace, in accordance with the approved schedule and the established technological sequence.

Construction works for the foundations of the fire-fighting water tanks at the photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich began with precise setting-out of the site. The required levels are established and profile boards are installed.
Once the preparatory works have been completed, the team from construction company Varaks proceeds with the  surveying and excavation works. The work is carried out carefully, with measurements taken using a laser level. After that the mechanized excavation works begin. The excavation is done in accordance with the approved design documentation, the specified technical parameters and the requirements of the equipment manufacturer. 

The renovation and complete refurbishment of the house near Balchik have been successfully completed. Particular attention was paid to the property's exterior. The façade was repaired, thermally insulated and painted, giving the house a fresh and finished appearance. New decorative window shutters were also installed, adding even more charm and character to the picturesque house.
New concrete steps, a ramp and a patio were constructed at the entrance, which were subsequently finished with granite tiles.
With the complete renovation, the house near Balchik acquired a completely renewed vision, combining traditional style, modern comfort and quality construction.

Construction company Varaks continues to make steady progress on the construction of this luxury single-family home near Varna, with all building activities proceeding according to schedule.
Our electricians are currently installing electrical wiring, constructing cable routes, mounting junction boxes, preparing switch and socket outlets, installing lighting connection points and assembling the main electrical distribution board with circuit breakers and residual current devices (RCDs).
At the same time, roof thermal insulation works are continuing, ensuring excellent energy efficiency throughout the year. Installation of stone wool insulation has also begun around the chimneys, providing high fire resistance, reliable thermal insulation and long-term protection of the roof structure.
The required sand for the cement screed has already been delivered to the construction site.Once the thermal insulation was completed, it was covered with a protective polyethylene membrane, followed by the fitting of reinforcement. Drainage openings for the roof scuppers have also been prepared. After these preparatory activities, the laying of the cement screed begins.

The construction of the steel-framed house in Varna is progressing with the installation of thermal insulation (Fibran) beneath the foundation slab. The Varaks construction team has completed the reinforcement and concrete pouring of the foundation. Afterwards the concrete surface was carefully finished to achieve a smooth, level finish.
At the same time, the foundation slab for the veranda has also been completed. Before the concrete was poured, the formwork was securely braced with support beams. XPS thermal insulation and reinforcing steel were again installed, ensuring the structural strength and energy efficiency of the foundation.
With the foundation works completed, the assembly of the steel structure has begun. The steel columns, primary beams, roof frames and structural bracing have been installed. A telescopic crane is being used as the primary lifting equipment for the erection of the steel structure.

Building company Varaks begins construction and installation works on the house in Kavarna by carrying out  extensive  dismantling works. These include removing plaster, removing and  demolishing brick partition walls,  dismantling wall and floor cladding and removing sanitary fixtures and equipment from the bathrooms. The construction team has also removed the doors and windows. Scaffolding has been assembled inside the building, which will serve the dismantling works on the fireplace. External scaffolding has also been installed in preparation for the removal of the Balchik limestone façade cladding.

Construction company Varaks continues the finishing construction and installation works on the construction of a single-family house in Varna. The project is entering its next phase with façade works, plumbing installation and electrical installation currently in progress.
Scaffolding has been assembled around the house, enabling the safe and high-quality execution of the exterior finishing works. The application of Baumit cement-lime base coat plaster has begun, providing a durable and stable base for the subsequent façade finishes. The installation of the lightning protection system has also been completed, ensuring the safety of the building.
Inside the house, work on the plumbing installation continues. Vertical plumbing stacks and water supply pipes have been installed in the sanitary areas. Electricians continue work on the electrical installation of the house. The electrical routes are being installed, power cables are being laid and distribution boxes are being fitted as part of the complete electrical system of the house.

Building company Varaks begins construction work on the foundations for video surveillance of the photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich with preliminary building of the foundations. Construction workers carefully apply oil to the formwork sheets and make the shuttering forms for the foundations. Then they install the reinforcement and in the central part of each foundation a PVC pipe Ø200 is installed, intended for a technological opening and passage of cable infrastructure. The foundation forms are ready for pouring with concrete.

The construction of the house near Varna continued with pouring of concrete for the parking spaces. Prior to this, the construction crew carefully leveled the ground, fitted polyethylene membrane and tied the reinforcement. After the concrete was poured, the specialists from construction company Varaks finished the surface using a vibrating screed to ensure a smooth and high-quality finish.

With the completion of these activities, all construction works assigned to our company under this project were successfully finalized. This is yet another completed project that confirms Varaks’ expertise in house construction in Varna and the surrounding region.
