Building company Varaks begins construction and installation works on the house in Kavarna by carrying out  extensive  dismantling works. These include removing plaster, removing and  demolishing brick partition walls,  dismantling wall and floor cladding and removing sanitary fixtures and equipment from the bathrooms. The construction team has also removed the doors and windows. Scaffolding has been assembled inside the building, which will serve the dismantling works on the fireplace. External scaffolding has also been installed in preparation for the removal of the Balchik limestone façade cladding.

Construction company Varaks continues the finishing construction and installation works on the construction of a single-family house in Varna. The project is entering its next phase with façade works, plumbing installation and electrical installation currently in progress.
Scaffolding has been assembled around the house, enabling the safe and high-quality execution of the exterior finishing works. The application of Baumit cement-lime base coat plaster has begun, providing a durable and stable base for the subsequent façade finishes. The installation of the lightning protection system has also been completed, ensuring the safety of the building.
Inside the house, work on the plumbing installation continues. Vertical plumbing stacks and water supply pipes have been installed in the sanitary areas. Electricians continue work on the electrical installation of the house. The electrical routes are being installed, power cables are being laid and distribution boxes are being fitted as part of the complete electrical system of the house.

Building company Varaks begins construction work on the foundations for video surveillance of the photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich with preliminary building of the foundations. Construction workers carefully apply oil to the formwork sheets and make the shuttering forms for the foundations. Then they install the reinforcement and in the central part of each foundation a PVC pipe Ø200 is installed, intended for a technological opening and passage of cable infrastructure. The foundation forms are ready for pouring with concrete.

The construction of the foundations for a photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich is progressing according to plan. At this stage, the base concrete has been poured and the layout works have been completed. The formwork was installed and the reinforcement for the foundation slab was fitted, after which the concrete for it has been poured.
Subsequently, the team of construction company Varaks completed the shuttering and reinforcement of the reinforced concrete walls to an elevation of ±0.00. Pipes with diameters of Ø160 and Ø200 were pre-installed within the walls to form openings for cable routes. Upon completion of the formwork and reinforcement works, the walls were concreted.

The renovation works on this house near Balchik are continuing with the application of mineral façade render. The plinth has been carefully protected with masking tape to prevent staining or damage during the work process.
The tiler has already completed the tile fitting and is now beginning to fit the sink, toilet and bathroom accessories. Wallpaper and decorative friezes have been fitted in the bedrooms, living room and hallway. The installation of switches and sockets is in progress.
The team of construction company "Varaks" is also working on the exterior of the house, installing wooden shutters on the windows.

The construction of the structural shell of this house in Varna is progressing at an excellent pace. The team of construction company Varaks completed the formwork for the slab at level 0 and for the internal staircase. This was followed by the installation of the reinforcement for the concrete slab and staircase structure. The concrete for the slab at level 0 has been poured, with the shuttering securely braced using adjustable steel props prior to concreting, ensuring safety and precision throughout the construction process.
Waterproofing has been laid in the foundations, which protects the structure from moisture and groundwater. The process includes laying a bitumen primer for preparing the base, gas-flame laying of the first layer of bitumen waterproofing without mineral sprinkling and subsequent laying of a second protective layer of bitumen waterproofing with sprinkling.
This is followed by the installation of XPS thermal insulation (Fibran), followed by the installation of a profiled drainage membrane (Fundalin), which will protect the waterproofing and ensure effective removal of moisture from the foundations.
Once the concrete had reached the required strength, the formwork was removed.

The construction of the house in Varna is progressing according to schedule. At this stage, the formwork for the roof slab edge beam has been removed and the facade scaffolding has been assembled. The masons of building company Varaks completed the chimneys and precisely leveled and finished the masonry work. Ventilation openings have been core-drilled through the roof slab to ensure proper ventilation. Installation of the plumbing system is currently underway. The external construction works continue with the application of a cement-lime base render, leveled in preparation for the installation of stone wool insulation.

The construction of the house near Varna continued with pouring of concrete for the parking spaces. Prior to this, the construction crew carefully leveled the ground, fitted polyethylene membrane and tied the reinforcement. After the concrete was poured, the specialists from construction company Varaks finished the surface using a vibrating screed to ensure a smooth and high-quality finish.

With the completion of these activities, all construction works assigned to our company under this project were successfully finalized. This is yet another completed project that confirms Varaks’ expertise in house construction in Varna and the surrounding region.

The first stage of the construction of this single-family house in Varna has been completed - the implementation of the rough construction. The building of the roof has been completed, including a complete wooden roof structure (joists and trusses), fit wooden boarding and fascia, fit roof deck, fit rafters and battens, fit roof tiles, sheet metal cladding of fascia, as well as the construction and plastering of a chimney. As part of the roofing activities, gutters and downpipes have been installed. To improve energy efficiency, under-roof thermal insulation of mineral wool has been laid. 
Important waterproofing works have also been completed - laying of bitumen waterproofing (smooth and with sprinkling) up to elevation 0.00, followed by fit of Fibran thermal insulation. A backfill has also been done around the building. 
With the successful completion of all activities up to Act 14, the team of building company Varaks completed another quality house construction project in Varna, proving professionalism in the rough construction, roofing works and overall residential construction.

The construction of this single-family house in Balchik is completed. All agreed construction and installation works have been completed qualitatively, professionally and within the agreed deadline by construction company Varaks. The facade works on the house have been finalized, including the application of high-quality mineral plaster for long-lasting protection and excellent appearance. The roof is fully completed, and the cladding of the fascia with sheet metal has been made as a final touch. 
The internal construction has also been completed - all floor screeds and internal plasters have been laid, the bedrooms are painted and ready for finishing works. The bathrooms are fully shaped, with a built plumbing installation, quality plastered walls and fitted linear siphons. The project is an example of quality construction of a house in Balchik, with attention to every detail.
