Varaks Construction Company continues the building works on the house in Varna with the application of internal machine-applied plaster to the walls and ceilings. Before the plastering work began, all surfaces were carefully prepared and primed, ensuring the necessary base for a high-quality and uniform finish.
The construction workers had previously covered and protected the window frames to prevent contamination and preserve the areas that had already been completed.
The machine-applied plaster was applied to the walls and ceilings with all main surfaces and details carefully treated and levelled. Particular attention was paid to achieving even surfaces, precise corners and smooth connections between the individual elements.

Inside the building, plasterboard is being installed on a framework throughout all rooms. The work is being done with precision and close attention to every detail, ensuring that the surfaces are properly prepared for the next stages of the interior finishing works.
At the same time, installation of the external thermal insulation system continues. The mineral wool insulation has already been installed, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties. The facade insulation boards have been precisely fitted, preparing the building for the subsequent finishing layers.
On the roof, the installation of the waterproofing membrane has been completed, including work around the boards, vertical details and penetrations. This creates a reliable roofing system that provides the building with effective protection against weather conditions and moisture.
Construction workс on the residential building in Kavarna are progressing at a steady pace. The team at Varaks Construction is carrying out the internal refurbishment of the building, including masonry works to create functional areas within the premises and optimise the layout of the internal spaces.
As part of the current stage of the works, new PVC window frames have been installed, contributing to improved thermal insulation, energy efficiency and overall comfort within the building. Particular attention is being paid to the precise finishing and sealing of the areas around the newly installed windows and the completed masonry.
As the construction works progress, the spaces are gradually taking on their new appearance and are being prepared for the interior finishing works.
After the completion of the mechanized excavation, the construction workers shaped the excavation manually and outlined the foundations. Formwork for the base concrete was then fitted and the required levels were established according to the different elevations specified in the design.
The base concrete was poured in stages to ensure precise compliance with the specified design elevations and construction phases. Then, the construction of the reinforced concrete foundations of the substation began.
Shuttering and reinforcement works are being carried out on site, including complex reinforcement detailing in accordance with the design requirements.
Building company Varaks continues the construction of the house in Varna. The building’s steel structure has been installed on site and permanent LT sheet metal formwork for the reinforced concrete floor slab has been installed at the second level.
At the same time, the construction workers are continuing with the reinforcement and formwork for the reinforced concrete edge beams on the ground floor.
As part of the current construction stage, a reinforced concrete veranda has also been completed.
For the application of the two-layer waterproofing, high-quality construction materials were used, including Ceresit CR90. The selected system provides reliable protection of the concrete against water and moisture penetration.
The completed foundations will provide a reliable and durable base for the transformer substations of the photovoltaic power plant, ensuring the stability of the facilities during operation and compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements.

Once the preparatory works have been completed, the team from construction company Varaks proceeds with the surveying and excavation works. The work is carried out carefully, with measurements taken using a laser level. After that the mechanized excavation works begin. The excavation is done in accordance with the approved design documentation, the specified technical parameters and the requirements of the equipment manufacturer.
The repair works included new screeds and flooring throughout the house, new wallpaper, a new kitchen and a completely renovated bathroom, as well as new interior doors. The house has also been fitted with new UPVC windows. The plumbing and electrical installations were completely replaced.
Particular attention was paid to the property's exterior. The façade was repaired, thermally insulated and painted, giving the house a fresh and finished appearance. New decorative window shutters were also installed, adding even more charm and character to the picturesque house.
New concrete steps, a ramp and a patio were constructed at the entrance, which were subsequently finished with granite tiles.
With the complete renovation, the house near Balchik acquired a completely renewed vision, combining traditional style, modern comfort and quality construction.
