-    Repair of the ground floor terrace and staircase - remove the old tiles and the old screeding under the tiles, lay new floor screeding and level it, hard wood decking and wooden parts, make a new staircase;
-    First floor terrace repair – clean the grout and replace it where needed;
-    Flat roof terrace repair - remove tiles from boards, supply and fit liquid two component waterproof insulation on top of the existing floor tiles, fit new tiles on boards;
-    Repair the aluminum railings on the house terraces and supply and fit triplex glass;
-    Mount a new PVC dividing wall on the ground floor terrace.

The building and renovation work of this house in Balchik has completed on time. The workers of construction company Varaks have finished the renovation of the flat roof terrace. Clinker tiles are additionally fitted there. The repair of the aluminum railings on terraces has beеn done and new triplex glass has been fitted. A new PVC partition wall was mounted on the terrace on the first floor. The decking is also fully completed and the owners, happy with the final result, hurried to put up the garden furniture and enjoy the view from their terrace.
