Repair works of a terrace of a house in Balchik

Building company Varaks carried out the repair works of the terrace of this house in Balchik. The main task was to replace the existing flooring with a new one, resistant to weather conditions, as well as to apply appropriate waterproofing. The construction and repair works include removal of old exterior tiles and screeding, removal of the old waterproofing, аpply high quality two-component waterproofing insulation, fit big drainage and downpipes. After that the building workers laid new screeding and applied contact primer. New exterior tiles with high frost resistance and anti-slip coating were fitted. The wooden beams of the pergolas of the house were sanded and varnished, and the rotten beams were replaced.

Inside the house, partial repair was done to the ceiling in the living room, primer was applied, as well as two coating of plaster. The ceiling is painted in white color.
