-    Septic tank - excavation with a lorry and by hand, reinforce the pit during the works, all by hand, carrying to a lorry and loading earth to a lorry, by hand and by small excavator, mainly by hand, transport and deposit building rubbish to a licensed depot, supply stone for the septic pit walls, stone masonry of septic pit walls, supply and fit reinforcement bars for the septic pit concrete cover, supply and pour concrete for the concrete cover, supply and fit iron cover for access and ventilation;
-    Landscaping works.

Building company Varaks has begun the building works in this house in Varna with excavation for the septic tank. The pit has been reinforced all by hand. The septic tank is entirely made out of stone and a concrete cover is built over it. The whole area of the parking space has been backfilled with earth and stone and compacted.
