Building company "Varaks"is chosen to build this unique house.
Villa Lavandin is located in a quiet village near Albena resort, Northern Black Sea coast area. This French Provencal style home is built up on 2 floors. The ground floor comprises of open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a utility room. Second floor combines 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a terrace. Villa Lavandin is furnished in rustic style and specially designed to bring the French rural atmosphere to Bulgarian seaside.
Outside area of this countryside villa combines covered BBQ area, spacious patio and a swimming pool area.
Construction of Villa Lavandin finished in July 2015. Just in time for a beautiful summer, spent near the sea in Rogachevo village.
Varaks has performed all the required building works, as well as decorating and furnishing the inner part of the house. Villa Lavandin comprises of 4 bedrooms, each of them with en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there is also living room area with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Outside there are a BBQ and swimming pool located. The patio area provides lots of space for playing or just relaxing under the sun.
Great amount soil has been delivered on site, because the landscaping of the garden began. Spreading it might take a little time but the result will be fantastic. Lavender will be planted. After all what is a French house without lavender?
Parking area is also prepared. As you can see from the photos, a worker of ours has already spread half of the white rubble.
Rooms are ready for furnishing, kitchen and bathrooms - to be fitted. Second floor small terrace is revealing a spectacular rural view towards the endless Rogachevo fields with a hint of Black Sea.
Construction of the outside wall of the house also continues fast.
Painting of the inner walls all over the house is on the go. Works on the BBQ and swimming pool have already finished.
As the house is getting to the point of completion lavender shutters for windows and doors have been delivered and mounted. What a nice touch!
The weather in January and February offered some really nice sunny days, which helped workers do a continuous work without any stops. BBQ works progress with the stone masonry. Patio area tiling also progresses. The external staircase leading from the road to the villa is ready to use.
It's time for the works on the BBQ and area around to start. When finished there is going to be enough space for all the family of the owners to gather and have fun.
Also another place for having fun is the swimming pool. Tiling of the inner area has finished.
Building process is speeding up in the inner part of the house with installation of the floors and rendering the walls. Tiling works in the bathrooms are also progressing.
Stone masonry is getting us closer to the French rural homes, but mostly happy about the fact that owners' requirements will be successfully fulfilled.
Builders have put props to support the arches, so they can cure properly.
Stone masonry works proceed, as the weather stays nice and warm in Rogachevo village. You can see the complexity of these works in every picture.
Meanwhile UPVC triple glazing windows are also being mounted. Our trucks are constantly supplying the building process with the necessary materials.
Quality insulation was added to the outside walls of villa Lavandin. After that the plastering job was completed. Next step, in order to achieve that French-country-style look, was to do the stone masonry. It is a demanding process, as each stone has to be clean, saturated with water and then processed to fit the mosaic pattern.
Also swimming pool and patio area foundations have been laid with lots of reinforced concrete.
On this stage brick masonry of the villa is already completed. Complex shuttering formed the columns, curves and visor. Roofing of both the villa and the BBQ was a hard work, that at the end paid off well. Ceramic tiles for a finish and the roof is done. You are welcome, birdies.
It's also time to dig up the garden and the patio area with a swimming pool. Preparation for the process started in picture 10.
Brick masonry works have already started. First floor is already finished and the second one is on the go. On the pictures you can see the proper job our team has done stabilizing the structure with iron props. Also the area where the BBQ is going to be is getting shape.
Varaks' team is on the go. The workers have embedded foundations of the building with lots of reinforcing rods. Concrete should now cure. While waiting they have started the stone works on the perimeter wall.
A good idea was assembling a "conference" table. The surveyor has easily written down his measurements and recommendations. Also, the building process can be discussed at the beginning of each working day.
First job was to clean and level the terrain. The slope shaped ground had to be properly cultivated.
Trenches were dug at the back of the place, mostly by hand. A solid concrete wall is going to take place there shortly after the foundations are embedded.
Building of Villa Lavandin started in January 2014 in Rogachevo village. Varaks is quite popular with many projects in this area, so the owners decided to hire us for the construction of their holiday home.
