Construction of a house in Varna, Topoli village

The interior and exterior building works on this house in Topoli village near Varna are completed. The house has been built up from scratch according to the client's project with quality materials and to a high standard.

MDF skirting boards are installed on the staircase and in the rooms.

The works on the exterior tiles are almost finished. The first floor of the house is painted. The fronts of the steps of the staircase are plastered. LED lighting strip is installed on the ceilings on the first floor. The glass screens in the bathrooms are also installed.

The wiring for the outdoor lighting has been dug in and installed. The driveway to the parking spaces has been made. The terrain is prepared for planting a grass carpet. Decorative trees, shrubs and turf are planted. The contact primer has been applied outside. Then the exterior tiles are fitted.

The tiles in the living room are fully fitted. The tiles in the bathroom on the ground floor are being fitted. The electric route for the hidden lighting of the staircase has been made. The laying of the paving stones on the parking lot is done. The fitting of decorative strips on the walls in the rooms continues. Concealed lighting is installed, as well as the lighting of the stairs. Tiles are fitted in the service room. The electrical panel and wiring are installed. The screeding for the paths around the house and the verandas has been done.

Granite tiles are fitted in one of the bedrooms and in the dressing room. The fitting of the faience in one of the bathrooms begins. The staircase is leveled and the steps are fitted. Grouting is in progress. The concrete belts for the shaft covers are made on the outside. An external sink will be poured out of concrete. The fiiting of the granite tiles in the rooms continues. The faience and terracotta tiles in the bathrooms on the second floor are fitted.

The formwork is completed. Reinforcement is installed and gravel is laid. The place for the parking area, the path and the fence in front are compacted. The waterproofing has been fitted in the bathrooms, as well as the primer on the floor in the bedrooms on the top floor, which is preparation for fitting of the tiles (granite, faience and terracotta).

Four coats of plaster are applied. The surface is then sanded for perfect smoothness. A ladder is mounted for access to the roof. Concrete shaft is built around the water reservoir. Priming inside the house is in progress. The fireplace is being finished. Consoles for switches and sockets are being installed. The perimeter wall around the property is completed and now the driveway and the front fence are being built. The garage and the side gates are outlined. Sewer pipes are installed in the yard. The decorative profiles are partially mounted on the walls and ceilings. Then concrete is poured by hand for the columns of the fence. The fireplace is almost completed.

Metal stud ceilings with plasterboard have been installed. Concealed L-shaped and U-shaped drywall lighting is also done, as well as the drywall boxing. Fertile soil and sand were delivered and leveled before the plants are planted. A water tank is installed. The plasterboard is being plastered. Two of the rooms are ready with 4 coats already applied. Then there will be sanded and prepared for primer and paint.

The concrete is poured by hand into the wall's posts. The caps are fitted on top. The masonry on the long side of the fence is to be done. The works on the metal frame of the plasterboard begin, as well as preparation for the installation of the plasteboard itself. After the construction of the fence is completed, the works on the landscaping begin. An excavation is being made for a water tank. The underfloor heating is fitted and the rooms are ready for the screeding. The concrete foundations and the concrete part of the perimeter wall are finished. The floor screedings are also finished. The concrete blocks of the perimeter walls are fiited. Scaffolding is assembled in order to reach the upper part.

The machine plaster inside the house has been applied. The works on the concrete fence wall begin. We excavate foundation, then the reinforcement was laid in the foundations and the concrete was poured. The reinforcement for the wall is fitted.

The downpipes are installed. The plumbing installation is being done in the house. External connections to the water and sewer system are also done. A connection is made between the water meter shaft and the house, as well as a connection between the street sewer and the house. Inside the house plasterboard is fitted in the bathrooms for built-in structures and showers. The internal plumbing installation is being completed. Then preparation for machine render is done.

The mineral render on the facade is applied and the facade works are completed. The decorative elements are fitted on the first floor. Excavation, shuttering and concrete works have been performed for the water meter shaft.

The workers prime before applying ther mineral plaster. The windows are taped and mineral plaster is applied around them. After the primer dries (at least one day in this part of the year) the mineral plaster will be applied on the facade.

The primer is applied and the fitting of the insulation on the facade begins. The electrical installation on the facade of the house is installed. The lightning protection installation is also ready. The workers shape around the windows and doors.Once the insulation is ready the house is plastered. Decorative elements are applied to the windows frames.

The scaffolding is mounted. Inside the house we mark the points for the electrical and plumbing installations. Then we prime the facade before applying the lining plaster. Тhe plumbing installation in in progress. We unmount the shuttering where needed. Then a machine is prepared for applying plaster on the facade. After that we apply the plaster.

The roof is completed - the roof support system is mounted, the joist and trusses, the insulation, the battens and the roof tiles are fitted. The seamless gutters are mounted. The concrete board of the perimeter wall is also done.

The shuttering of the concrete plate on 1-st floor has been taken off. The formwork of the plate of level +5.90 is being built. Excavation works for widening the veranda begin. Then the concrete for the top plate and the skirting of the fence is poured. The brick masonry works continue. The dimensions of the roof are outlined.

The works continue with laying bricks on the ground floor. The concrete of the columns on this floor are poured. Then we support the first floor concrete plate. The shuttering of the stairs is ready. The reinforcement of the concrete plate on the first floor is ready for concrete to be poured. The reinforcement of the foundations of the fence is fitted.

The initial concrete base is poured. We are taking the measures of the concrete beams. The reinforcement is ready and we pour concrete for the foundations. After that the shuttering and the reinforcement of the foundations are done. The concrete for the foundations is poured.

Firstly, the existing buildings are demolished and the plot is cleared. Then the construction trailer is delivered. The workers start setting out the grade. The contours of the house are outlined and marked. The strip foundations are then dug. Reinforcement is prepared for installation.
