Construction of 8 houses in Balchik.
Building company Varaks built Sunny Park Villas house complex in the quiet holiday village of Rogachevo. These 8 houses are only about 5 minutes drive away from the second largest beach resort on the Northern Black Sea coast - Albena and only about 30 km from Varna city.
Sunny Park Villas consists of 8 semi-detached holiday houses facing the sun and the endless fields of Rogachevo village. Each house consists of two or three bedrooms, living area with open plan kitchen and two shower-rooms.
The final touches building company Varaks added to this small-neighbourhood style complex were a large sunny garden, an outdoor swimming pool and small separate children pool. Barbecue was also built, as well as parking places on spot.

The outside granite tiles have been installed. On the site is concrete mixer for the foundations and shell of the swimming pool.

The works continue with the painting and wooden railings of the balconies. We poured the reinforced concrete for the garden construction. The steps from the upper level of the complex to the lower are ready. Building of the BBQ is on the go.

In February PVC windows are mounted to all the houses. The walls inside are rendered.

In January the houses are insulated and rendered. The perimeter wall is ready. Interior works continue with plaster and primer. Bathrooms are being tiled.
