Our workers fit tiles with size 60 cm x 120 cm on the facade and cut all the tile edges in 45 degrees.
All the ceilings in the house are made with plasterboard and are carefully designed according to the position of the lights units and curtains in the rooms.

The workmen of building company "Varaks" start the facade tiling. The ceramic tiles are big 60x120 cm and we have to use super high quality adhesive and also reinforcement. At all the angles of the facade ,the tiles are cut in 45 degrees. Unlike the other houses, the joints of the facade of this unique house are 8mm and are really visible.

Our builders fit two layers insulation on all supporting walls in the property too.

The weather was pretty cold in January which allows us to do indoor building works only.
The professional workers of construction company Varaks fitted the linear bathroom siphons, laid deep penatrating primer on the concrete floors and fitted thermal insulation "Fibran"on all floors. We also fitted the underfloor heating system.
Next step is to do the screeding in the house.

The height of the floor is 3,40 meters and our workers had to assemble scaffolding in order to make the masonry.

Due fo the difficult access to the building site, the builders cannot use concrete mixer pump but only stationary one. To do this, a scaffolding had to be assembled in order to work with the pump.


 

The building works continue with brick masonry on the ground floor, shuttering, reinforcement and concrete works of the north side concrete wall of the house, laying concrete, shuttering and concrete works of the first floor concrete plate.
The waterproof and heat insulations of the retaining wall behind the house are also done.

The construction works of this house in Varna are well organised and are on schedule. In March, the workers and technicians of Varaks building company managed to complete the works up to level +3,20m. Water and sewarage system works are also done in level 0. Prior to fitting the shuttering all the shuterring forms were treated with special oil. Due to the narrow street and difficult access to the building site we had to use telescopic wheel loader and stationary concrete pump in order to pour concrete into foundations, concrete plate, columns and concrete walls. Vibration of the concrete was done at concrete pouring. After pouring the concrete, it was treated and polished. The construction works continue with assembling of scafolding. The first layer of bituminous primer was laid onto the supporting wall behind the house.

After a short stop of the works because of bad weather condition the construction works of this house in Varna continue with excavation for foundations. Varaks construction company's technicians give the exact levels of the depth of foundations and contours/perimeter of the house are outlined and marked.
Supply and put gravel and then backfil before we pour the first layer of concrete.
Due to the very restricted and narrow access to the building site we cannot use concrete pumps and lorries.
At this stage we use mini excavator to get concrete from the concrete mixer and carry and pour it.
All the reinforcement bars are carried by hand to the building site too.
The reinforcement fitting works are done and we are ready to pour concrete in the foundations.
