Construction of foundations for CCTV for a photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich

Construction company Varaks successfully completed the construction of the foundations for the video surveillance system serving a photovoltaic (PV) power plant in Dobrich region. The scope of the construction works included:

• Manual excavation works for shaping and leveling the foundation pits;
• Preparation of the subgrade, including leveling and compaction using a vibratory rammer;
• Backfilling with gravel around the exterior sides of the foundations, including compaction with a vibratory rammer;
• Sand backfill beneath the foundations, including compaction with a vibratory rammer;
• Formwork installation for the foundations;
• Supply and installation of reinforcement for the foundations, including all necessary spacers, supports and fixing elements;
• Supply and pour concrete;
• Supply and installation of Ø200 mm pipe to create service openings in the foundations;
• Construction of the required cable infrastructure, including installation of cable joints, corrugated pipes and preparation of the grounding busbar;
• Supply, installation, and precise leveling of precast concrete foundations.

The completed foundation system provides a stable and reliable basis for the installation of poles, cameras and associated equipment. Thanks to the high-quality execution of the earthworks, concrete works, reinforcement and cable infrastructure, the facilities guarantee high durability, long service life and trouble-free operation of the security system in the conditions of a solar park and photovoltaic power plant.
