Finishing work on a single-family house in Varna
Following the completion of the structural framework of a single-family house in Varna, construction company Varaks proceeded with the second phase of the project, namely the execution of finishing works. Thanks to the professional approach and high-quality workmanship, the property was prepared for the subsequent stages of interior and exterior completion.

Progress of the works - 2 - Finishing work on a single-family house in Varna
The construction works on the house in Varna are progressing with the installation of the complete external thermal insulation system using Ceresit materials, including EPS boards (expanded polystyrene), reinforcing mesh and base coat and preparation for the final façade finish. In parallel, work has been done on the finishing of the window reveals and the details around the windows.
After all preparatory works were completed, the mineral façade render was applied, fully completing the exterior façade of the house.
As part of this stage, construction company Varaks also completed the installation of the windows, including repair of the areas around the windows and the connection between the frames and the external thermal insulation system.
All finishing works on the roof have also been completed, including the formation of the eaves, flashings and the rainwater drainage system.
Inside the house the entire electrical installation has been fully completed, allowing construction to move on to the next stages of the finishing works.
Progress of the works - 1 - Finishing work on a single-family house in Varna
Construction company Varaks continues the finishing construction and installation works on the construction of a single-family house in Varna. The project is entering its next phase with façade works, plumbing installation and electrical installation currently in progress.
Scaffolding has been assembled around the house, enabling the safe and high-quality execution of the exterior finishing works. The application of Baumit cement-lime base coat plaster has begun, providing a durable and stable base for the subsequent façade finishes. The installation of the lightning protection system has also been completed, ensuring the safety of the building.
Inside the house, work on the plumbing installation continues. Vertical plumbing stacks and water supply pipes have been installed in the sanitary areas. Electricians continue work on the electrical installation of the house. The electrical routes are being installed, power cables are being laid and distribution boxes are being fitted as part of the complete electrical system of the house.

The second stage of the construction of a single-family house in Varna begins - the implementation of finishing works. The building workers of construction company Varaks are making the plumbing installation of the house and the external plumbing connections of the property. The construction works continue with the assembly of a scaffolding around the facade, which will provide the necessary conditions for the subsequent implementation of the facade works.
