Varaks Construction Company completed the construction and installation works for the foundations of a new photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich. The project included the following construction activities:
Construction company Varaks has completed the construction of the foundations for a photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich. As part of the final stage of the building works, the construction workers removed the formwork from the reinforced concrete slab, after which they proceeded with the waterproofing of the concrete foundations.
For the application of the two-layer waterproofing, high-quality construction materials were used, including Ceresit CR90. The selected system provides reliable protection of the concrete against water and moisture penetration.
The completed foundations will provide a reliable and durable base for the transformer substations of the photovoltaic power plant, ensuring the stability of the facilities during operation and compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements.
Building company Varaks once again demonstrates that it has a team of professionals capable of successfully delivering complex projects such as this one. The company is a reliable partner that can be trusted in the field of industrial construction, thanks to its experience, quality of workmanship and high level of professionalism.
After the completion of the formwork and reinforcement works for the walls, the walls were concreted. Once the concrete had cured, the team of Varaks construction company removed the shuttering. This was followed by the installation of the formwork and reinforcement for the reinforced concrete slab, with particular attention paid to the planned technological openings for the transformer station. The construction works then continued with the pouring of concrete for the slab. The concrete was evenly distributed, precisely smoothed and levelled by the construction workers in order to achieve the required flatness and high-quality execution of the structural element.
The work of the construction team on the photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich is progressing at a very good pace, in accordance with the approved schedule and the established technological sequence.
The construction of the foundations for a photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich is progressing according to plan. At this stage, the base concrete has been poured and the layout works have been completed. The formwork was installed and the reinforcement for the foundation slab was fitted, after which the concrete for it has been poured.
Subsequently, the team of construction company Varaks completed the shuttering and reinforcement of the reinforced concrete walls to an elevation of ±0.00. Pipes with diameters of Ø160 and Ø200 were pre-installed within the walls to form openings for cable routes.
Building company Varaks began the construction of the foundations of a photovoltaic power plant near Dobrich by carrying out site layout marking. Following the surveying and staking-out works and the installation of batter boards, a mechanized excavation for the foundations was done.
Due to the excavation depth, the layout marking process was carried out in two stages. Initially, the upper excavation boundary was marked out, after which an additional layout marking was performed at the next level until the elevation specified in the project was reached.
This approach resulted in a double layout marking process, ensuring the required accuracy in the execution of the excavation works.
