Building a villa in Balchik

The turn key building works of this luxury villa in Balchik have been completed.

The concrete for the patio around the swimming pool has been poured. The retaining wall and the concrete wall around the property are finished. Excavation works for the retaining wall to the southern border of the property have begun. The plumbing installation works are also in progress.

The reinforcement is installed, the shuttering is fitted and the concrete is poured for the wall towards the street, as well as for the retaining wall of the house.

The concrete for the ramp leading from the street to the property is poured. A second layer of waterproofing is applied. Once the roof waterproofing is ready, scaffolding is assembled and prepared for laying thermal insulation on the facade. The boards of the roof will be covered with mosaic and cement mixture.

Concrete boards are being poured. The waterproofing is being installed. Heat insulation Fibran is fitted on the part of the villa which is dug in the ground. The shuttering of the boards on the first floor is prepared, after which concrete is poured. The work on the masonry continues. The drainage pipe is fitted behind the house, after which the excavation works for the retaining walls of the plot of the villa begin. Retaining walls are ready, as well as those for the fence. Two-component waterproofing has been laid on all roofs and balconies. Then 10 cm thermal insulation is applied, rebars and PVC waterproofing are laid on the roof. The 6 cm thick screeding is applied.

The concrete of level 0 is poured. We make formwork on walls, beams and belts at level 0. We also make the reinforecement there. We dig and model the terrain. The formwork of the beams and belts on the second floor is being prepared. Then the reinforcement bars are fitted. The concrete for level +2,40 m is poured.

The shuttering for the walls, columns and stairs of level -2,40 m is ready. The rebars are being fitted. Then the concrete is poured. The base and the concrete beams of level -2,40 m are poured. The waterproof bituminous primer of level -2,40 m is laid and then 2 layers of waterproofing applied. The heat insulation is also fitted. The soil is backfilled and compacted. The shuttering and the reinforcement of the base of level 0 are ready. The drainage of the house is being installed. The sewer pipes are laid.

At this stage the workers pour the concrete for the concrete beams and the strip foundations. After pouring concrete for the floor of level -2,40 m. they grinded it. The reinforcement and formwork are prepared for the concrete beams.

We excavate foundations of the building, BBQ and the pool. The initial concrete base is poured.

The surveyors are on site putting the beams for the boundary of the house and the pool. The building site is being fenced. Then the excavation works begin.
