Building company "Varaks" built this swimming pool in Balchik for 3 months. Along with the other building works we implemented in this property, we built a swimming pool as well.
For the comfort of the owners, the pool is with in-built concrete stairs and size of 8m x 4m. It has а rolled up thermal pool cover for minimum water loss from evaporation.

In the beginning of summer season the pool is already full with water. Owners supplied it with roller and cover to reduce the evaporation and keep the temperature up.

In May the pool is ready to be used by the owners, equipped with filtering system and pump. Just waiting for the weather to become warmer.

The pool area is poured with reinforced concrete. Then the tiling of the pool and the edge of the pool begins. The patio is paved with decorative concrete tiles.

The structure of the pool is cured. Wooden formwork is used to form the stairs inside the pool. Then it's time for the patio area. Workers build the facing of the outside walls with stones. The dirt is the spread out on the terrain with wheelbarrows.

The excavation works for this pool in villa area Momchil began in January 2013. After that the reinforced concrete is poured. Varaks' workers then built the formwork.
