Building a swimming pool in Kavarna.
Beside all the other repair and building works that construction company "Varaks" has done in this property, we also had the task to build a swimming pool. It was ready for the summer season, so the property owners could enjoy their swim under the hot Bulgarian sun.
Final touches were added with the tiling of the patio around the swimming pool. Areas around the tiles and the house have been leveled. A good job was done and the result is more than satisfying!
Edit: We have also added several pictures from September 2015. Just so you have a better idea of the final look.
After taking shape, the pool was insulated from the outside. The shuttering of the stairs was also done.
Varaks' workers prepared the area around the pool, so the concrete laying could begin. Concrete was poured where the tiles would be, also for some steps and paths in the garden.
By the end of the month the edge of the pool was finished and blue mosaic tiles were mounted. Roman style details and a dolphin on the bottom make the pool look so nice. It's all in the details!
The swimming pool project started with giving a quote. The measurements were taken in 2014, but lots of other works should have been done before the building works of the swimming pool could begin.
First excavations started in March 2015. One layer of concrete was initially laid for extra strength. Shuttering defined the pool's dimensions, so the inner works could start as well. After reinforcing the bottom, the water pipe system was installed. Complex suttering was needed to create the semi circular part of the pool.
