Building company Varaks' task for this project was to replace the old existing pool in the property and build a new swimming in Balchik. The new swimming pool has to be properly built and the area around neat and tidy. Precise stonework will surround this swimming pool in Balchik. Special care will be taken of the garden too.

End of the works - Building a swimming pool in Balchik
By the end of July the whole swimming pool has been tiled and the edges shaped. Inground ladder was mounted. Stoneworks were completed and the patio area is now bright and tidy.
Another service was leveling and clearing the distant side of the garden. The whole backyard area of this charming Obrochishte property was renovated and a brand new swimming pool built - the task of Varaks is fully completed.

Shuttering is forming the oval shape of the new swimming pool, as well as the shape of the pump room. Lots of props support the reinforced concrete until it cures. Insulation is fitted and the empty areas around the pool are filled with earth.
The stonework surrounding the pool has also begun. It takes a little bit more time but the result is very satisfying and looks really good.

First job was the old swimming pool to be demolished. Area around is being prepared, the tiles and pool liner removed. The new pool will take exactly the same place and shape the old one did.
