The renovation works on this house near Balchik continue with demolishing works of the existing door openings in order to increase their height. This way, they will be adapted for the installation of the new interior doors. Then, lintels were installed. In areas where new doors are not planned, the wall has been demolished up to the ceiling. A completely new electrical installation is being built. The opening from the living room to the kitchen was excavated and enlarged. Excavation work for a new plumbing installation begins outside, with the excavation being done manually and with a mini excavator.

Construction company "Varaks" began the major renovation of the house in Balchik with preparatory activities. The first step included dismantling the old interior doors. Then the team began removing the existing wallpaper, which was completely peeled off and removed.  This was followed by the application of contact primer on the walls. Levels were determined with a laser level. A new front door has been installed. In the process, all the construction waste accumulated as a result of the dismantling work was collected and removed. The site was thoroughly cleaned to ensure a safe and effective working environment for the upcoming building and repair works.
