Construction company Varaks have done the renovation of this house in Kavarna. The project includes both internal and external construction and renovation works. The scope of the renovation included the following construction and repair works:
1) Wall between kitchen and living room - remove plasterboard and its structure, demolish the wall and remove of building rubbish outside the house, supply and fit support beams;
2) Rear facade wall – demolish and make an opening for a door, supply and fit support beams, Supply and lay contact primer, thermal insulation, supply and plaster (including fibermesh), supply and lay deep penatrating primer, supply and lay mineral plaster, supply and fit scaffolding;
3) New shower room - demolish the wall between the old toilet and shower room and remove building scrap out of the house, masonry works - brick up old shower room door and enhance the old toilet door area towards the corridor, including old door removal and shape the areas, remove floor and wall tiles from the old bathroom and toilet, plaster walls, floor screeding, Supply and fit plasterboard for the ceiling, fit floor and wall tiles;
4) Remove existing metal frame and windows from the front lounge area corner;
5) Supply and fit new UPVC windows;
6) Brick masonry two corner walls in the lounge area, includes primer, plaster, fibermesh and mineral plaster;
7) Walls and ceilings in the kitchen, living room, hallway, bedroom - partial repair of walls and ceiling, supply and fit plasterboard;
8) New plumbing installation and electrical installation in the house.
Construction and repair works of a house in Kavarna
Building company Varaks has started the renovation works of this house in Kavarna by removal of the plasterboard wall between the kitchen and living room and demolition of a stone wall between the kitchen and the living room. Support beams have been fitted to sstrengthen the opening between the kitchen and the living room. The construction workers begin the renovation of the shower room with demolition of the wall between the old toilet and shower room and brick up the old shower room door. The wall has been partially demolished and an opening for the new door is being built. The wall tiles in the shower room have been removed. The exterior construction and renovation works begin with cleaning of the old stone masonry, primer and fit thermal insulation on the external walls of the house.
