Building company "Varaks" was chosen to do all the construction and landscaping works of this house in Balchik.
The entire patio is to be demolished and new concrete patio is to be made as well as new retaining walls and drainage around the house.
This is not an easy project due to the difficult access to the building site but it can only motivate us to do our best.

We managed to complete all the building works of this house in Balchik in time. The building site had a very difficult access and all the building materails had to be carried by hand.
Building company "Varaks" built new concrete patios, terraces and retaining walls in the property and did a drainage system around the house.

The first part of this project is to do the demolish works of old concrete patios and walls and levell the terrain. Also, we found out that there are compromised areas of the foundations of the house and reinforced them.
The construction works continued and "Varaks" workers made the shuttering forms and fit reinforcement bars of the supporting walls.
