"Varaks" construction company employed new skilled workers in order to meet the high demand of quality building services and fulfill the higher number of new building projects ordered to our company. Part of the new employees work on this building site in Balchik.
In March building company "Varaks" do the following works - plastered the facade of the house, built a new shower room, commence the landscaping works of the property - gravel drive way and perimeter wall.

The building specialists' team of construction company Varaks Ltd. managed to do many different works at this building project in Balchik.
Our builders made a new mains water system and built a new water meter shaft. Also, we fit 10cm thermal insulation on the facade, fit new high quality tiles in the rooms and started building a new big shower room.

Beginning of the works - Building and repair works of a house in Balchik

Building and repair works of a house in Balchik.
The weather conditions in February were very good and we managed to start the building and repair works of this house close to Balchik.
Building company Varaks Ltd made very good organization of the works and gave a kick start of this project. Our team demolished and removed the old screeding in the house, made the shuttering for the concrete patio around the house and poured the concrete there. Our decorators started preparing the walls in the house for plastering and painting.
