Building a house in Balchik, Dropla village.
Building company "Varaks" continue the construction works of this pretty and cozy house near Balchik. The facade thermal insulation was fitted and then plastered. The chimney was also insulated and plastered.
The indoor building works also continued. Our workers fitted the el. and water instalations in the shower room, water proof insulation on the floor and walls in the shower room too, all the walls were plastered.

In February, construction company Varaks did a lot of the interior building works.
Our professional workers instal new wooden structure under the roof. Thus we managed to increase the height of the rooms up to 3,2 meters.
The living room and the shower room have been enlarged too.
We also fit new UPVC windows and doors.

The construction works have commenced. This house is located in a picturesque village not far from Balchik.
Construction company "Varaks" give a go to this project with removal of the old doors and windows, demolish old floors and ceilings, new masonry. All the buildining scrap has been carefully removed out of the house, by hand, loaded and transported to a licensed depo.
