The construction and repair works are held just before the season of this villa in Albena area and include:

- Iron fence around the plot - sand both sides, supply and paint with iron paint 3 in 1 (against rust, primer and paint), unmount old lock system and supply and fit 2 lock systems for iron gates.
- Wall between the pool and the house - remove old damaged render, supply and fit fiber mesh, plaster walls, supply and lay primer, supply and paint with exterior paint.
- BBQ - supply and fit new wiring and light unit, remove old damaged render of walls, plaster with adhesive, supply and lay primer, supply and paint with exterior paint, supply and fit tiles on the back of the BBQ, repair the BBQ stones.
- Wooden trellis - first and second floor - sand the trellis, including delivery, mounting and unmounting aluminum scaffolding, supply and lay deep penetrating primer, varnish the trellis.
- Garden area between the pool patio and the neighbour - supply and fit pipes ะค110 and fittings. Drain the down spouts and gutters.
- Indoor - first floor, living room - partial repair of the ceiling where needed, supply and lay primer on the ceiling and paint with interior paint.

The works are completed. The wall by the pool is ready. The drainage pipe for the down spouts and gutters are installed. The living room is painted one more time. The trellis of the terraces are also varnished. The barbecue stone has been repaired. The fence is painted once more and the locks of the metal doors are mounted.

The works continue with repair of the wall between the pool and the house. Old damaged render is removed and fiber is fitted. Fence painting also continues. The living room is painted. The first layer of varnish is applied to the beams. The workers are drilling a hole at the bottom of the garden where the drain pipe of the guttering system would go through. The tiled at the back of the BBQ are fitted.

The works began with sanding of both sides of the fence. Meanwhile, in the living room starts the partial repair of the ceiling and then the primer is laid. The outside works begin with sanding of the wooden beams of the first and second floor.
