The owners of this apartment building in Galata hired Varaks to carry out the following building works on the roof terraces and balconies: removal of the tiles, drill excavate old concrete floor, removal of existing insulation, rubbish removal, supply and lay beton contact primer, supply and fit two types of bitumen waterproof insulation, supply and fit thermal insulation - Styrofoam, supply and fit waterproof membrane prior to concrete, lay new concrete floor with rebar, supply and fit exterior tiles (labour, tiles, adhesive and grout, spacers), fit vent, plumbing and electric wire pipes.

The screed is applied on the floor and the skirting. The plumbing pipes are installed. The wiring for the lighting units is also ready. The workers start applying two types of bitumen waterproof insulation - firstly flat surface waterproof insulation and above it bitumen membrane insulation.
