An empty area in a beautiful garden like this can be easily transformed into a BBQ area with pergola, expecially when the concrete base is already built.
The building works required for this project near Balchik include: demolish and removal of old surface (tiles), clean the area, wall masonry with concere blocks, mosaic surface, mosaic skirting and wooden pavilion.
The works are on their final stage. We are grinding the mosaic. Gravel is laid to shape the yard. The pergola is varnished once again and the BBQ is assembled.
The works continue with laying of the BBQ's floor. Once it has cured, we will start building the pergola. The timber is varnished and left to dry out. We have widen the path to the BBQ area, so it will be easily accessed to. Next step is to assemble the BBQ cover and a roof from ceramic roof tiles.
The building works begin with demolition of the old surface. After that the area is cleaned and the surface is leveled. The works continue with masonry with concrete blocks of the perimeter wall. The timber is delivered on site.
This is how the area, where the barbeque will take place, looked like before the renovation.
