New project for autumn 2018 for Varaks. This time the owners required building of an outdoor barbecue area with a roof for all weather conditions. The barbecue will be positioned next to the house, so it will have an easy access to it. The existing outbuildings, Jacuzzi and foundations, where the new area will be, are removed.

Along with the barbecue, we will build the patio around and implement some other works, as well. This includes: new foundations, retaining wall, steps and stone wall.

The works in village of Obrochishte are finished. The new stone patio for the BBQ is ready. The stone wall is also completed. The area around the steps is decorated with stone matching the wall stones.

The works continue in February when the weather is good and the owner is in Bulgaria to coordinate with us his preferences on spot. At this stage we are doing the screed and fit the stone flooring. The floor is then being grouted.

The area where the barbecue will be is taking shape. The shuttering of the retaining wall is fitted. Then we supplied and installed waterproof membrane under the rebar. The reinforced concrete is then poured for the patio and the steps. We delivered stone for the rise of the fence. The higher level of the garden is excavated.

Then the workers excavated foundations and prepare the area to backfill the soil and compact it.

The building and repair works in Obrochishte village began in November. First we demolished and removed the wooden, glass, iron and plastic outbuildings. Then we excavate and level surface. Patio stones are removed where needed.
