The owners take really good care of their rural property near Durankulak. At the end of August the insulation works began. Also, some additional works are done. The list includes:

 - Supply and fit heath insulation (5 cm);
 - Install cornice on façade walls and windows;
 - Stone skirting up to 50 cm around the house;
 - Primer and paint facade walls;
 - New concrete patio around the house.

October 2018 - Insulation and landscaping of a house near Durankulak

New entrance door has been mounted. The facade is painted with exterior paint. Also, net fence with metal poles on concrete base have been mounted from all the free neighbours' sides. The skirting is ready and the windows frames are decorated in orange. Last but not least, the guttering system is mounted.

The works on the concrete paths around the house begin with cleaning and leveling the area. Shuttering is ready and the reinforced concrete can be poured. Landscaping works include: cutting down and removal of trees, bushes and branches behind and aside the house, uprooting trees with excavator, landscaping the area. Meanwhile the workers laid primer on the facade. The stone skirting works also began.

The insulation works in Bejanovo village started in August 2018. The insulation boards were delivered on site. Then the workers unmounted the external cornice and started installing them. The heat insulation is 5 cm thick.
