The patio works include: floor screeding, supply and fit floor tiles, grout, two staircases (one to the villa entrance door and one from the patio to the pool).

The garage and entrance area works include: remove old existing tiles, demolish the concrete and glue under the tiles, plaster and glue, supply and fit rebar and pour concrete, delivery and fit exterior tiles, grout.

Also, some additional works have been done: new el.installation and connection for the park lights, repair, render and plaster all perimeter walls where needed, primer and paint all perimeter walls, new concrete drainage for rain water.

The patio in front of the entrance door was also tiled. Some additional works were implemented - new electrical installation and connection for the park lighting, partial repair, render and plaster of perimeter walls, primer and paint all perimeter walls, new concrete drainage for rain water.

Next, we supply and pour reinforced concrete. The exterior tiles were then fitted and grouted.

The building works in this villa near Balchik began at the end of April. First we removed the old existing tiles in fron of the garage and entrance area. Then demolish the concrete and glue under the tiles.
