This house in village of Preselentsi has another issue, we were assigned to deal with - the rotten floor above the cellar. The whole floor needed replacing with new, sturdy structure of wooden beams and new flooring.
The repair of this floor includes the following works: unmounting of laminate parquet floor, unmounting of existing decking, supply reinforcement and reinforce of the floor, pour floor screed, supply and fit new laminate parquet floor.

After the wooden part of the floor is finished, we supplied and reinforced the floor with rebar. Then the floor screed is poured. Along with the floor works, we repaired walls and ceilings, then laid primer and painted with white color paint.
