The villa is situated on the sea coast near Varna, just few steps away from the beach. Top location, which we are visiting in order to make some good changes.
Our repair works on this project include: remove of old damaged render from the walls, apply two-component waterproofing insulation (liquid membrane) on walls, where damaged areas are, new cement render and plaster walls. After that we sand and scrape glossy Venetian effect paint from walls, apply contact primer, plaster and paint the walls. New air duct hole with grid will be built.
The billiard room and the pool area are painted. The moulding is installed. New light units and doors are mounted, where needed. The walls in the cellar have been repaired, plastered, primed and painted. All the rubbish has been loaded to a lorry and deposited in a depot.
The insulation in the billiard room is being installed. Then the contact primer is laid. The workers are using a laser level for the walls. Then they plastered and primed with mist coat before painting. The floor works are also in progress with floor screeding, tiling and grouting the area. For better ventilation, we drilled and demolished the concrete floor and brick walls towards the cellar and fitted venitlation gratings.
Repair works started with removal of old damaged plaster and glossy paint from the walls in the billiard room. Then two-component waterproofing insulation was applied. The damaged areas were plastered with cement plaster. After the waterproofing dried out, the workers started installing the fiber boards. The kitchen in this room was removed.
