Reconstruction and extension works of a lodge near Albena

Having in mind the beautiful Northern Bulgaria area and visitor's ever-rising interest in this location, owners decided to remodel the lodge and add an extended area of about 110 sq.mt.

Varaks' job was not only to extend the main building but also to make a full repair of the inner part of the lodge. That includes the following building works: repair electric installation, brick laying, floor screeds, render, primer and paint walls. We have also fit new tongue and groove roof decking.

August 2018 - Reconstruction and extension works of a lodge near Albena

Varaks has completed the building works on this lodge in Batovo village in August 2018. The works on the bathroom are completed and it is fully fitted now. All the rooms are furnished. The whole building, in and outside, is painted. Nice stone skirting is installed around the facade walls of the lodge.

Laying a pavement from Balchik stone around the hunting lodge is in progress. The bathroom is almost ready. Granite tiles are fitted in the balcony and the fireplace as well. Wooden parquet is installed in the newly built rooms. Tha facade, one of the upper bedrooms and the kitchen are painted. Next step is to paint the other rooms too.

June 2018 - Reconstruction and extension works of a lodge near Albena

The tongue and groove is primered and varnished. The interior wall of the extension is plastered and the wooden windows are adjusted. We repaired and plastered around the doors. The water system in the bathroom is ready and the plaster board fitted. Next step is the fitting of the tiles there. The repair works in the other bathroom finish. The metal frame of the ceiling for the fitting of the plasterboard is installed. The painting of the facade and the internal parts of the lodge begins.

In May the tongue and groove of the balcony is mounted. The facade walls of the extention are rendered. Inner electrical installation is fixed and new wiring installed in the new parts. The windows are insulated.

April 2018 - Reconstruction and extension works of a lodge near Albena

The works continue with the building of the extention and its roof. The roof roof joists and trusses, as well as the waterproof membrane are fitted. UPVC window is mounted. The water installation is processed. The old external wall is demolish, so to open the space to the extention. The wooden boards of the balcony over the entrance have been dismantled and its hight is increased wtih brick masonry. The works in the bathroom began.

The building works in village of Batovo began with mounting of the scaffolding. The trenches for the extention are dug and shuttering is fitted. Then the reinforced concrete is poured. The extention is built with YTONG bricks.
