April 2018 - Renovation of a house in Varna area

We have mounted toilet unit, sink with cabinet, mixer tap, shower, syphon and accessories in both bathrooms. Armstrong ceiling is fitted and lights, switches and sockets are installed. The rest of the house is painted with interior paint. The old doors are changed with new aluminum ones.

At this stage the underfloor heating is already installed. Tongue and groove is sanded, primered and painted.

Progress of the works - Stage 2 - Renovation of a house in Varna area

The workers begin fitting the tiles in the bathroom and grout. Support netting is installed and then plaster over it in the storage room. Moisture resistant plasterboard is supplied and laid on the walls in the storage room, kitchen and the second floor bedroom. Plaster and primer is laid on the walls.

The works continue with fitting of plumbing polypropylene pipes. The bathroom's walls are leveled with faiance adhesive. We also plastered the walls and sanded where needed.

February 2018 - Renovation of a house in Varna area

The repair works in this house in Dolishte village started with unmounting of the tiles in the hallway, storage, kitchen and the bathroom, unmounting sink and toilet unit, mixer taps, bathroom accessories, shower basin. Also, the damaged parquet flooring, water system pipes, window and doors were unmounted. Then the floor screed in the bathroom and the hallway was demolished.
