This is a lovely village cottage in Botevo, Varna area which needed some works to become a wonderful place to live.

Varaks has done the following works: sand and paint the tongue and groove ceilings and visible beams, paint walls, tile ground floor area and stairs, new bathroom including new plumbing system, delivery and mounting accesssories, sink, toilet unit, mixing tap, shower, mirror, fan, false ceiling and lights.

The project is completed. The inside walls of the whole house have been painted. The bathroom sink, toilet unit, mixing tap, accesssories, mirrorr and lights are mounted.

The walls in the house are primed with mist coat. The exposed ceiling beams are painted in black to contrast the white tongue and groove. The new bathroom door and the siphon have been mounted.

New caps have been mounted on the chimney. The ground floor area and the staircase are being tiled. The water system has been repaired. The bathroom walls are also tiled. The shower head has been mounted. The tongue and groove ceilings are painted. We delivered the fibre and the YTONG on the site.

The repair works in this house in Botevo village, near Varna started with sanding of the tongue and groove ceilings to prepare them for painting. The works in the bathroom also commenced. The walls in the house were repaired where needed.
