The renovation of this house continues with Varaks being engaged for fitting of the outside thermal insulation. The insulation works include: cement render of the top floor, supply and fit 10 cm thick insulation, support netting, fitting kit, plaster and mineral render.
Apart from the insulation, the owners required replacing some of the windows and changing the place of the ones in one of the bedrooms. Also, new gutters and drainpipes, tiles skirting aside the house and repainting one of the rooms due to a leak, have been done.
The insulation of the house near Varna is completed. The room with the leak was repainted. The windows in the bathroom and in one of the rooms are replaced. The skirting and the gutters are also ready.
Work continues at a good pace. The new windows are mounted and areas around them are shaped and plastered. The outside walls are plastered and rendered with white mineral render. The new guttering system and the tiled skirting are being fitted.
The top floor has been coated with new cement coat. Then the workers removed the top floor windows and demolished parts of the walls to make space for the new windows. Brick masonry was done. Then the insulation installation began. Next step is laying 2 layers of plaster with glue and installing the fibermesh.
Before the renovation, the top floor of the house was made of naked brick masonry. There was leaks and other things that needed repair too. In order to start the works we first delivered and mounted the scaffolding.
