Exterior painting and repair works in Sokolovo village, Balchik

The new room has been tiled, primed and painted. The issue with the difference between the living room and the new room's level has been solved with a tiled step. The whole facade is painted in orange.

At this stage, the terrace is covered with granite tiles. PVC window and door are mounted in the new room. The soffit and fascia are sanded and varnished. The metal railings are painted. We demolished part of the wall to open space for a new door, connecting the new room and the living room. The living room is repaired and painted.

The works start with removing old damaged render from the entrance gate and the perimeter wall, and repair the areas. The old skirting around the garage is also removed. Then, in order to transform the garage into a room, we unmounted the garage door and made a new masonry to close it, leaving space for the window. The area is then being rendered. Inside, new el.installation (mount sockets and switches) is on the go. The plasterboard is fitted. Tiling of the terrace commenced.

Here are the pictures of the house condition before the renovation. Villa facade skirting board has fallen down. Above garage terrace is in bad condition and there is fallen plaster below it and damaged plaster in the living room.
