Building and repair works of a front patio, arbour and perimeter wall in Varna

The works on the arbour can be divided by two - iron and wooden parts works. The iron parts of the arbour were sanded to remove the existing paint. Then coat all the parts with primer and apply oil-based paint. The wooden parts were sanded and then varnished. The work is completed.

The works began with removing the plants and grass from the sides of the villa entrance. The area is then covered with rubble and rammed with machine rammer. Next step is reinforing and laying concrete. The stones are then fitted. Meanwhile, the perimeter wall was repaired (primer, fiber mesh and plaster) and painted.

Before the renovation, rain water could easily soak in the house from the green patio areas from both sides of the villa entrance. When the concrete is laid, the guttering pipes are to be positioned above the ground and diverted aside the villa.
