The house is located in village of Dabrava, just 20 km away from the sea shore. The owner initiated its renovation in order to make the house into a summer villa.
The following works were carried out by Varaks: excavate and level surface, fit rebar, lay new concrete floor, render brick walls, new wiring system, new plumbing system and connection to the mains, excavate septic pit.
On the final stage of this renovation, the whole facade of the house has been rendered. The following works have also been completed: digging for septic tank, shaping the excavation, stone masonry and concrete, shuttering and reinforcement for the concrete cover, supply and pour concrete.
Floors are next covered with reinforcement bars and concrete for the floor screed. New plumbing system is installed for the shower rooms, toilet and kitchen. Electrical system is also modified and new cable installed. Then it's time to fut the plasterboard with insulation and plaster the walls.
This is how the house looked like when we first vsited it in May. The works began in October and the first thing was to dig and level the earth floors in the house and load the dirt in wheelbarrows out of the house. All by hand.
