Varaks started the renovation works on this countryside house at the end of September 2017. In nearly 3 months the house transformed into a modern new villa.
The works carried out include: supply and fit plasterboard, render, plaster, priming with mist coat and paint walls and ceilings, new concrete floor with rebar, laminate parquet floor, wiring and lighting, new plumbing and el. system, entirely new fitted bathroom.
In the beginning of December the works had finished. The laminate parquet floor is fitted and rooms are ready to be furnished. The bathroom is fully fitted with floor tiles, accesssories, sink, mixing tap, toilet unit, mirror, false ceiling, lights, fan, shower and glass panel between shower and toilet.
The works continue with fitting of laminate parquet floor in all the rooms. Then the new doors will be fitted. In order to make the new bathroom we built a new brick masonry wall. The plumbing and electrical systems were installed. Then we started mounting the plasterbord.
The plasterboard is mounted. The areas around newly mounted doors have been repaired and plastered. We laid the plaster and the primer, and painted the rooms in white. New switches and sockets, as well as LED lights were installed. The plumbing in the kitchen and the extractor's pipe are ready.
We started with removal of old doors. Then we laid the floor screed in each room. New el. cabling for SAT TV and internet, as well as new fuse box were installed. Works then continue with mounting plasterboard with insulation on walls and ceilings.
Before the inner repair, the house was in very bad condition - no floors, missing doors and on some places there was not even plaster on the walls.
