This small cottage near Krapets needed to be extended and modernized. Lots of building and repair works made it into a nice seaside villa.
The works include: full roof replacement, living and kitchen area extension, new UPVC windows, floors, walls and ceilings repair works, fitted bathroom, fitted kitchen, plumbing and el. system, patio area and steps repair works, new septic tank.
This is the result of the project just a year after the renovation was done - modern new furnished villa, not far from the sea for a perfect holiday, away from the busy city life.
The facade walls are painted in white and blue colours, keeping the original colour of the building. All the rooms are now tiled and ready to be furnished. The bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet unit, mixing tap, mirror and other bathroom accessories. Entrance staircase is also completed.
Entrance uPVC door has been delivered and mounted. The living room floor is tiled. The kitchen project is implemented and the kitchen is also fitted. Inside walls of the whole house are now painted.
The walls of the extension are being coated and plastered in and outside. Septic tank work has finished. The wooden beams are varnished and give nice new look of the room. The bathroom is tiled and ready to be equipped.
In June the uPVC windows are mounted. Our team starts the installation of the electrical system. Outside works continue with installation of the natural stone patio and building the septic tank.
The rough construction of the extension is ready. The workers are mounting its roof, which will be with exposed wooden beams. New wiring and plumbing systems are installed in the bathroom. The works there continie with tiling. The inside staircase leading from the main part of the house to the extension is almost cured. The patio concrete is laid.
Then the insulation and plasterboard structure for the ceilings were delivered and installed. The works on the new bathroom and the extension of the house began. The old bathroom's floor is unmounted, then we backfilled and compact. Gravel is supplied for the drainage system and the reinforced floor screed is done. The roof of the main part of the house is almost ready. The foundations of the extension are ready and the brick masonry is on the go.
The works started with roof replacement. The existing roof tiles, old insulation, roof boards, joists and trusses were removed. Old wooden ceilings were also removed.
