Roof renovation of a house near Varna
Another roof renovation in our list where the weather was on the side of the owner. November and December proved people wrong that Bulgaria's climate is not suitable for winter outside works.
The works include:
- Removal of - existing roof tiles, old insulation, old roof boadrs, old gutters, old fascia, old joints and traces.
- Fitting of - new roof base, new joints and traces, new wooden boarding, insulation, new fascia, new roof and ridge tiles, new guttering. The wooden parts were sanded and then varnished.

New roof works include: new roof structure, new wooden boarding/cladding, waterproof roof insulation, mounting double wooden grid, new roof and edge tiles, insulating around the chimney and mounting front roof board.
November 2016 - Roof renovation of a house near Varna
Today's task is to change the look of the old roof and re-build it, unveiling the top parts of the house where some other works will take part later. Our team is taking off the entire old roof structure, including soil, wooden boarding and tiles, so the works on the new one can begin.
