The roof of this villa needed urgent renovation when leaks came out after several heavy autumn rains. Luckily, the weather allowed the beginning of the works in November.
Full renovation of the roof was done in just 10 days, so the winter couldn't frighten us with its coming.
Once the battens are lined, it's time to fit the tiles. Our tidy workers have prepared them and started the last stage of the roof renovation. After fitting all the tiles, the ridges have been put.
The roof works completed successfully, giving the house a better new look (especially the shiny gutters that we fitted).
Workers are nailing the timber, making the roof structure on site. The progress is shown in the pictures where eaves and fascia are ready. After finishing the deck, the whole roof is covered with underlay to prevent the water leakage. Battens are then lined up over rafters.
Renovation works began with demolishing and taking off the old roof. As you can see in the pictures the old wooden construction, beams and soil are gathered and taken away to a licensed garbage depot.
