Repair works on a complex in Balchik
This complex is situated in town of Balchik and has nice surroundings and partial sea view. It's a shame to leave the common parts to ruin. But the owners knew that and organised the repair in a timely manner.
In this project the following repair works have been done: re-tiling the damaged patio and steps on 3 sides of the building, repairing the damaged perimeter wall and the retaining wall at the rear, mounting of new railing, re-doing the plinth, new drainage system and connecting the gutters to it.

After the renovation the look of the yard has completely changed. The patio areas are now tiled with exterior type of tiles, the walls are repaired, plastered and painted, the railings are fitted and the stairs and ramp are safe to be used. Good job, team!

Тhe common parts of this complex in Balchik were in a very bad condition - broken tiles, damaged render, fallen skirting and removed railings. The need for repair works was inevitable. Varaks took up this task in the summer of 2016.
