Garage renovation and building works of a house in Varna
After renovating their roof in 2011, the owners of this property contacted us to perform additional repairs and construction of a new garage.
In less than two months our team handle the following tasks: repainting the facade of the house; stone skirting on the facade; construction of a new garage (wooden structure); el. and plumbing systems in the garage, bathroom, toilet and yard; false ceiling of bathroom; PVC windows in the bathroom and garage PVC doors; iron gate and insulation of the attic.

September 2015 - Garage renovation and building works of a house in Varna
Works on the garage include: concrete foundations, leveling screed, wooden structure, paneling, wagon pattern on walls and ceilings, wadding, bitumen primer, bitumen tiles, front boards, gutters and down pipes, varnish of the wooden structure. An automatic gate with remote control is mounted. Access to the house will be through a custom made metal gate.
August 2015 - Garage renovation and building works of a house in Varna
Works start with dismantling the old garage. Reinforced cement screed is made at the patios, the paths, the garage, the toilet and the bathroom.
At this stage we also strengthen brick walls, fit formwork, rebars and concrete. Brick masonry is also on the go. The electrical and plumbing installations of the bathroom, the toilet, the garage and the yard are installed. The attic is insulated with 5 cm of styrofoamand and then plastered.
