Construction of a solid wall near Durankulak
After the renovation of their roof the owners of this property has contacted us once again. This time for the building of a solid wall towards the street. They decided to keep the old look of the property and requested an authentic wall of stones.
Also, we have done some additional works coating the rooms floors.

End of the works - Construction of a solid wall near Durankulak
The perimeter wall of the property is ready. It is 42 meters long and has been finished with nice caps to keep the traditional look of the property. Inside the house, we laid the floor screed in all the rooms.

The building works began with excavation for foundations with depth 0,6 - 0,8 meters and width approximately 0,8 meters in order to have enough room to make the shuttering and work there. The soil has then been loaded to a lorry and transported to a building dunghill.
Then the reinforcement bars and the shuttering were fit. Next step is to pour the concrete and wait for it to cure, so the stone masonry works can begin. Varaks' workers then lay the stones and bond them with mortar.
