The rainy season this year reminded the property owners once again that the discharge of water from the house is important to prevent subsequent damage to it.
Drainage canal built in this project has the function of discharging water outside the house from multiple locations - from the stairs leading to the heating service room, from the gutter of the same room, from the gutter on the side and from the parking space.
Along with the drainage canal, the following repairs have been done: plastering and painting the fence and the side of the staircase to the heating service room, replacement of broken tiles and grouting barbecue and repair of the walls in the bedroom.
The project is successfully completed. The drainage channel is ready and the perimeter wall of the house is painted with phasogen (exterior paint). Also, our team made a replacement of a broken BBQ tile and grouting, as well as repair of the staircase next to the barbecue, including plastering and jointing tiles where necessary.
At this point, the concrete for the path and the drainage channel has been poured by hand. The workers cut the concrete for the installation of the metal channel grids.
The repair of the walls in the bedroom include replacement of plasterboard, where necessary, plaster and painting.
The works continue with reinforcing the concrete path and channel, as well as a shuttering for the drainage. A drainage grid is installed on the inside part of the property, connecting the drainage pipes to the drainage channel. Primer is laid on the perimeter wall.
The repair works on this site began with cleaning of the area and waste disposal. Hand excavation for drainage channel is then made. The perimeter wall's old render is removed and the workers plaster it with adhesive. The repair works of the staircase also began.
