Outside works began with roof insulation, chimney and gutters repair and sand of the railings. Meanwhile, inside the apartment the bathroom's plumbing system under the bath is checked in order to fix the leak. Silicone is applied where needed. Along with it new syphon and boiler switch are fitted.
