Lots of building works regarding this project kept us near the sea side during the summer season.

Inside works include: plastering and painting walls and ceilings, brick masonry, floors coating and tiling, entirely new bathroom, reconstruction and mounting of new kitchen.

Outside works include: plastering and painting the facade, new driveway, stone works on the perimeter walls, new drainage system, steps and path walks, new iron gate and fence towards the street, swimming pool renovation, patio around the pool and decking.

The new look of the house offers a lovely new kitchen, new deck, new bathroom, repainted house and a driveway.

July and August 2016 - Building and repair works of a house near Albena

Outside works continue with fit of new metal gate, new driveway of reinforced concrete, stone works of the perimeter walls, drainage and decking foundations. Here is a photo of the beautiful garden, as it will no longer be visible from the outside, because we fitted bamboo screening as well.

June 2016 - Building and repair works of a house near Albena

Kitchen, living room area and hallway are all tiled up now. Rendering walls, priming with mist coat and painting are the next things to do.

In May, facade is already repaired and painted. Bathroom works continue with remove of the tiles, new render, floor screed, waterproof insulation and new tiles. White stone masonry makes the shower room look luxurious. Kitchen's floor screed is also ready.

April 2016 - Building and repair works of a house near Albena

We started with demolition of the walls in the kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom accessories, sink, toilet unit, shower cubical and mirror were then unmounted. After that the brick masonry and render of the new walls were done. Outside works commenced with partial repair and render of the facade walls.
