Roof renovation of a house near Durankulak

At the end of June the renovation of the roof has finished. You can see from the pictures not only the practical side of the roof (weather protection) but the esthetic one as well. The property became a charming house where owners will be comfortable living all year round.

Varaks' works on this project summary: roof renovation, new septic tank, new UPVC windows.

The renovation works progress well in the beginning of June. Roof tiles installation continues. The chimney works have finished and Varaks' workers are now tiling the rest of the roof. The eave is ready to become the new home of a bird family...or two.

All the old windows are already changed with new UPVC ones. The septic tank works have also finished and the result is great.

Leveling the terrain and digging the hole for the septic tank have begun. Preparation of the windows has also started with removing the old ones.

Meanwhile the building of solid foundations of the roof is progressing. This is one of the most important parts in every construction project. When the foundations are stable, the frame will have enough strength to hold the ceramic tiles.

The repair works of the roof started in May. It's a great time for renovations because the weather on the North Black sea coast is mild and warm.

The first job was the old roof tiles to be removed. You can see the progress of removing shown in the pictures. When this is done Varaks' workers will remove the old props until the roof is entirely removed. No old parts will be left so it can be properly rebuilt from scratch.
